Sunwell Group is a prominent brand in the kitchen cabinet manufacturing industry in the United States, with its headquarters based in Yenbai , Vietnam With over 20 years of experience, the efficient operation of the factory system and a skilled workforce contribute to Sunwell's reputation for offering affordable, high-quality products. Since its establishment, Sunwell has quickly gained a strong reputation in the United States. In response to the diverse and growing demands of our customers, we have expanded by establishing manufacturing plants in Yen Bai, Viet Nam where have abundant wood resources and a plentiful labor force. In 2020, Lam Phong emerged as the first large-scale factory initiated for construction in Yen Bai, located in Northern Vietnam. The factory has experienced rapid development, with an increasing workforce and an expanded production scale. Following the success of the Lam Phong factory, the Sunwell Group continued its expansion by establishing the Sunwell factory in 2023. With our commitment to innovation every day, we pledge to incorporate the latest and most advanced technologies into our manufacturing processes. Our manufacturing facility spans a total area of 60,000 square meters, featuring six hanging coating lines, each with a length of 1,500 meters, and two automated Cefla spray machines, along with various other modern machinery. The 3-spine technology enables cost savings and facilitates easy and rapid assembly of cabinets. To ensure product quality, Sunwell has deployed a team of 60 experienced engineers and technicians from the China to Vietnam for supervision and training. Alongside this, we have a large workforce of up to 1,000 well-trained craftsmen, enabling us to achieve a production capacity of up to 150 containers per month. In terms of design, our cabinets are manufactured in the traditional Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) style of the United States. The cabinets consist of various components, packaged flat in carton boxes, and are assembled to completion on-site during construction. In terms of variety, our cabinets are categorized into traditional solid wood kitchen cabinets and modern engineered wood cabinets that offer quick and easy installation capabilities. Regarding color options, in addition to the commonly used natural wood tones, we can meet all color preferences, ranging from warm to cool tones, to fulfill every customer's color requirements. Sunwell's wooden cabinets are the result of meticulous and intricate manufacturing processes. The wood materials are carefully selected and undergo thorough cleaning processes to create a smooth and even surface. Each detail of the cabinet goes through multiple stages and distinct manufacturing lines. This process is carried out with precision and professionalism to ensure that each component of the cabinet meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. After each stage, semi-finished products go through a drying room to address moisture-related issues thoroughly. This ensures that the products are easy to transport and maintain durability over time. To ensure precision, each product undergoes rigorous quality checks and is test-assembled before packaging.
